The Headless Running Gag was a running gag used for the first eight seasons of The Lenny Lego Show. The gag was that every time Lenny's head fell off of his body, caused from one sort of accident or another, his bodyless head would always be shown yelling "Help! Help!"
In 2016, The Lenny Lego Show ended and was given a reboot set in an entirely different continuity. The gag will not return for the reboot.
